                - All therapists receive intensive theoretical as well as practical training.   The passing of all written examinations and field evaluation are essential prior to working with individual students independently
 
                - Families are the most important part of all children’s lives. Frequent communications  between staff and parents are high-priority as consistency across settings is key to any students’ success 
 
                - Each student’s program is individualized based on his/her strengths and weaknesses. Tailor-made programs are generalized following observations and informal assessments
 
                - Positive behaviour changes and effective communication are two vital components in our mission when working on helping special needs children and their families
 
                - When appropriate, integration is our ultimate goal. Specific classroom skills and behaviors are identified and systematically taught and acquired within both one-on-one and small group settings
 
                - A multi-disciplinary approach  is applied in which professionals who work closely with a student are part of the treatment team
